I’d recommend a light greige since you don’t have any natural lighting in the room. Possibly Edgecomb Gray or Pale Oak. With no windows your light bulbs will play a big role in how the paint color looks in the room.

Do you want the cabinets to be lighter or darker than agreeable gray? I would use a white or darker gray/greige on the cabinets for contrast.
